    Hi everyone,

As you know, pain is a very individual experience. The way we perceive, manage, and cope with pain will differ depending on our own unique circumstances.

So, with that said, I would love to start a conversation about what pain management looks like to you? There is no right answer – share whatever you feel contributes to managing your pain (get creative).

Reply to this post – It’ll be interesting to see how diverse the responses are!

My hope for pain management is to gain a level of control over my pain situation with a minimum of side effects. Sometimes i find that one step forward is met with side effects or changes in the way I feel. It seems like a ongoing battle where sometimes I can achieve a degree of success and other times abject failure. I remain hopeful and always vigilant for ways and means to find help. What has worked for you?
